Education/Work Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Human Resource experience required.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the implementation of solutions to achieve business strategy and promote employee engagement.
  • Provides day-to-day coaching and counsel to management in employee relations, performance management, career development.
  • Resolves compensation-related issues and monitors performance evaluation programs using internal company performance management systems.
  • Creates and facilitates frontline leader training on various topics.
  • Assists in identifying training needs that support organizational growth or compliance and deliver training as needed.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant human resources procedures and practices, and applicable laws.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with internal business partners and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop clear and concise written and oral communications.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating selection processes.
  • Facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Organizing training programs for employee development.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting in the development of performance appraisal systems.
  • Supporting managers in performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting in the implementation of workplace safety programs.
  • Handling workplace safety compliance and training.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management.
  • HR Recording – keeping and database input.
  • Fleet Vehicle Management – all duties of fleet management.
  • Other HR / Accounting Duties as assigned by management.
