How we hire

After applying for the role, if applicable, you’ll take an online assessment and your application and assessment will then be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team.

Overview of hiring experience


Apply online. We’ll review your information, and you’ll hear from us within 2 business days.


An online assessment is sent via email and will take 30–45-minutes to complete. You’ll hear from us within 3 business days of completing your assessment.


A recruiter will reach out to schedule a conversation.  If there is mutual interest, you’ll interview with the hiring team as quickly as schedules allow.


If selected after the final interview, a recruiter will present a job offer.


Upon offer being extended and accepted, you will agree upon a start date and complete ADT’s background process.
