• Two Preferred Provider Organization Plans (PPOs): one through Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield and one through Surest, a United Healthcare company. Virtual care is accessible through Doctor on Demand.
• High-Deductible Health Plans (with Health Savings Accounts) through Credence and Kaiser Permanente.
• The Kaiser plans are only available to employees who reside in California.
• The plans all provide comprehensive coverage, including prescription drug coverage, through Express Scripts if you elect a Credence or Surest plan, or Kaiser if you elect a Kaiser plan. We also offer several programs like Price Assure and Save One SP to help you save on prescription medications.
